WELCOME TO BELMONT-REDWOOD SHORES AYSO

Our AYSO program is broken into two seasons, the fall season runs from early September to mid-November.  Teams in  U10, U12, and U14 will play in a regional tournament at the end of the season. Those winning will advance to the Area 2N tournament.

Following the completion of our Fall season, we select players from 10U, 12U, and 14U teams to participate in the Winter Select season that plays against other AYSO Area 2N teams. Selected players must register for the Winter season.


REGISTER NOW

Registration and volunteer applications are done directly on our website. Users who have never registered will need to create new accounts. Users who have registered in prior years need only log in.

To register a new account or log in, go to https://www.ayso108.org and click on either “REGISTER NOW” or  “LOGIN” at the top right of the page.

Depending on division, we will use wait lists to avoid charging fees when divisions may be full or can not be formed. 14U-19U will use wait lists from the very start. Other divisions will use wait lists as we approach close of registration.

IMPORTANT DATES

• Saturday April 6th: Early Registration Opens: $225 per player
• Saturday June 29th: Regular Registration Opens (Early Registration Closed): $275 per player

  • Friday July 26th (end of day): 10U-19U
  • Friday August 30th (end of day): 6U-8U
  • Sunday September 22nd: 5U
• Saturday September 7th: Opening Day!
• Saturday September 14th: Photo Day
• Saturday September 21st: Photo Makeup Day
• Saturday November 2nd and 9th: Regional Tournament 10U through 14U
  

BIRTH YEAR REGISTRATION

AYSO uses a birth year registration in order to align with US Soccer, the governing body for soccer in the US. Players will be placed into a division that is defined by the calendar year of their birth. For example, a player born any time during 2016 will be placed in 8U. The registration system will automatically place players into the correct division.

REGISTRATION WAITLIST

If during registration, you receive a “Division Full” notification, your player has been placed on a waiting list. When a spot becomes available, you will receive an email letting you know we have a space for you. This is not assured. You may then complete your player's registration and payment. Our goal is EVERYONE PLAYS!

REGISTRATION FEES

Early Registration (through end of day June 28, 2024): $ 200.00 + $ 25 National Fee
Regular Registration (beginning June 29, 2024): $ 250.00 + $ 25 National Fee


SCHOLARSHIPS

EVERYONE PLAYS!  Scholarships are available to those in need.  So, if you are unable to afford the registration fees, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.


REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be submitted in writing using the Refund Request form.  Our refund policy is described below.

Requests for Refunds postmarked on or before June 30th (end of day) of the current calendar year will be reviewed by the Regional Commissioner and, subject to his/her approval, forwarded to the Treasurer for payment within 45 days of initial receipt. Approved requests will be refunded at 100% of the Registration Fee paid for that specific child less a $50.00 charge (for fixed fees and charges).

Request for Refunds postmarked between July 1st and August 15th (end of day) of the current calendar year will be reviewed by the Regional Commissioner and, subject to his/her approval, forwarded to the Treasurer for payment within 45 days of initial receipt. Approved requests will be refunded at 50% of the Registration Fee paid for that specific child excluding any discounts for multiple child registrations. This reimbursement reflects the expenses for insurance, equipment and uniforms the Region has incurred in anticipation of your child playing.

Request of Refunds postmarked on or after August 15th of the current calendar year will NOT be honored.

If we are unable to place your child on a team, AYSO will reimburse you the full amount paid for your child.
