How to register

Everyone will need to complete a new registration / create an account as the information from eAYSO does not auto populate to our new site.

The first person in the Family will create the Primary Account. They will add the additional adults to the account and the system will send an invitation so they can create their own username and password. The players can be added by any of the adults on the account.

NEW USER Registration

Click on "Register Now" (Top of the webpage on the right side)
Complete the information Name, Email, User Name and Password
Complete the remaining information for the primary parent
If you have a secondary Parent/Guardian, Click "Create Secondary Account User and Continue"
Complete the information. An email address is required to send invitation. EACH Parent should have their own username and password.
A Box will pop up with the question "Which best describes you? Choose the option that best describes you
1. If you are the parent or guardian and will be registering players
2. I am a team coach or other team personnel. Use this if you are a volunteer and will not be registering a player.
3. I am registering myself in an activity. Do Not Use.
Based on your choice you will be taken to either player registration(Step 8) or volunteer registration (Step 11)
For player registration add the players information
Choose a Program
Choose the division and gender combination that you child will play in. Most people will only see one choice based on the players age and gender. The divisions are broken down as follows (birth years in parentheses):
1. Schoolyard Soccer ( 2013)
2. 6U-B, 6U-G (2012, 2013)
3. 8U-B, 8U-G (2010, 2011)
4. 10U-B, 10U-G (2008, 2009)
5. 12U-B, 12U-G (2006, 2007)
6. 14U-B, 14U-G, 14U-Coed (2004, 2005)
Volunteer Registration. Choose the position you want to volunteer for. CHOOSE ONLY ONE position. (You can choose other positions Later.)
1. If you are choosing Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Parent you must choose the same division as your child will be playing.
2. If you have a child in Playground or School Yard at least one parent must Volunteer as the Parent Helper. You will be with your child on the field.
3. All other volunteer positions you can choose the position in any division.
Review registration and make payment
NOTE AYSO uses esignature on registration and volunteer paperwork. Make sure you scroll to the bottom of the screen, check the correct boxes, enter your signature and click the buttons. You will be presented with 2 pages that look alike. You must click the button at the bottom of both pages.

EXISTING USER

Click on "Login"
You will be taken to the "My Account" page
To register a Player click on "Register Now" at the top of the page See step 8 above
To register as a Volunteer click " Volunteer" on the left side,
Then click on "Find Volunteer Roles" at the top of the page. See step 11 above

Wait List
Depending on your child's division, we may or may not have openings for the year. Once teams are formed and schedules are constructed, we cap the number of players so that we make sure that everyone plays. Once the cap is met for a division, you will have to sign up for our wait list. If this is the case, please sign up for the Wait List and we will do our best to get your child assigned to a team as soon as we are able to find an opening. Players from the Wait List are assigned on a first come, first served basis. There is no charge for signing up for the Wait List.
