MOORPARK AYSO 2021 FALL REGISTRATION
OPEN to both Boys and Girls, ages 4 to 15 years old. See age divisions below.
No previous soccer experience is needed. Boys and girls play on separate teams.
Online Registration Process
Go to the "Register Now" button at the upper right hand corner of this web page and follow the directions. If your player has played within the last two years you already have an account, please do not create another. Follow directions to find your password and Log in.
A birth certificate is required if your child is a first time player in Moorpark AYSO, Region 363. You can upload a digital copy online during your the registration process or you can email digital copies of birth certificates to: [email protected].
Registration Fees - Credit/Debt card required
Registration fee of 175 (includes $22.75 non-refundable AYSO membership fee.)
Early Bird discount of $30 per player thru June 21, 2021.
Registration closes on 11:59PM on July 10, 2021
Requests for refunds will be accepted through July 10. Refund Policy below
Fees includes uniform (shorts, sock and team jersey), pictures, supplemental insurance.

U5 AYSO Playground Program - Designed specifically for 3.5 and 4 year olds (born in 2017)!
Volunteers
Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Parent, Referee, etc. must complete a volunteer application form every year and must register online.
Please be sure to choose a position on your child's player form when registering.
Divisions Your child's birth date determines in which division she/he will be playing.

Teams
Coaches will receive their team information just prior to August. Your coach should contact you mid week in August. If you haven't received a call by August 20th, please follow up with the Division Director responsible for your child's age group. If you registered late and your child was placed on a waiting list, we will contact you regarding your child's team assignment.
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds will be accepted through July 10

- Child's Full Name
- Amount Paid
- Account Name
- Last four digits of card used
- PLEASE NOTE: $22.75 of your registration fee is non-refundable!
AFTER July 10, there will be NO REFUNDS!
