BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Player cards needed for many tournaments require a head shot photograph of the player be included on the card. These instructions show you step by step how to add a photo of your player to their player profile.  THIS MUST BE DONE BY THE ACCOUNT HOLDER LINKED TO THE PLAYER.  Coaches and administrators do not have ability to add photos to a player’s profile.

To make things easy, start by taking a photograph of your player using your smart phone (or a friends phone).  The head shot should primarily be a photograph of the head/face and the top of your player's shoulders, against a light colored background, in daylight.  A perfect spot would be to take your player's photo at Imperial with their back up against the snack shack, in the morning or afternoon.  Best would be to have them in their game uniform jersey for this season - you do NOT need to show the jersey number.  Once you have a photograph you like, proceed as outlined below.


1. Log into your account and go to “MY ACCOUNT”.  Once there select the “EDIT” button next to the player’s name.







2. Click on the existing photo or blank photo area.






3. Select “UPLOAD PHOTO” and select the desired head shot from your files (your saved photos on your phone).







4. Adjust your head shot so that only the face and shoulders of the player is shown - if needed, crop to the head/face and shoulders using the buttons on the right or by adjusting the circle position and size).






5. Select “Save Photo”.









6. Check that the head shot has been uploaded and just shows head and shoulders, then scroll to bottom right of the page and select “Save”.

7.  AFTER CLICKING ON THE SAVE BUTTON IN YOUR PLAYERS PROFILE PAGE, click on Back to My Account and double check that your player's head shot is updated.






You’re all set! Your player’s photo will now appear on the team page and will automatically print with tournament player cards (your coach and Region staff will be immensely appreciative).
