Safe Haven & Concussion Training

Safe Haven and CDC Concussion Training and Certification is required for All Volunteers in AYSO. Certifications are valid for 2 Years from the certification date. For Quartz Hill AYSO we will require your Certifications be valid through the end of the current season.
