Dear AYSO Parent:
Thank you so much for taking the time to learn and use the new AYSO Registration program, Blue Sombrero. And for taking the time to register you child or children for our Fall 2017 Core Program!
Some of you may have not completed the online Registration process, for one reason or another. Perhaps the instructions were not clear? Perhaps you cannot or prefer to not pay the Registration Fee online?
We are still learning the ins and outs of Blue Sombrero ourselves, so we have tried to update and clarify the Player Registration instructions:
Click HereIf the issue is with the online payment of the Fees, you can pay with cash or check (payable to AYSO Region 9) at our walk-in registration this Saturday, April 1st, from 9am to 1pm at the
Conejo Creek South meeting room.
In either case,
it is important (no, it's critical) that you complete the Player Registration process all the way up to the final step of the process, where you are asked to make payment.
If you did not get to the
Payment Information screen (see the screen shot below) for each player you are registering, you did not get far enough.
If you did not get to this point, we cannot accept your cash, check or credit card payment on Saturday and we cannot complete your child's registration for this Fall. Please log back in to Blue Sombrero (via our website
www.ayso9.org). If you are not already there, go to
My Account. You should see each child listed as a Participant (and perhaps yourself as well, if you volunteered to coach, referee, etc.) For each child:
1. click on the green
Programs Available button
2. make sure the correct 2017 Fall Core Division is
Selected (e.g. 14UG, Playground, 6UB, etc.) then click
Continue3.
Continue through each of the screens (Program Information, E-signature, Volunteer positions, Registration Summary, Donation Selection, and finally Payment Information).
You must end up at the Payment Information screen, even if you choose not to pay online.
Repeat this process for each child you are registering, by clicking on the
Back to My Account link:
Once you have done this for
ALL your children, you can
logout of Blue Sombrero.
Thanks for your understanding and patience.
