Refund Policy for MY2024

REFUND POLICY FOR MY2024 YEAR:
(Note: MY2024 includes the following seasons: Fall 2024, Winter 2025, All-Stars 2025, Spring 2025 and Summer 2025)

NOTE: Refund requests can be either mailed to our PO Box or emailed to AYSO Region 111 Registrar no later than August 1, 2024 for the Fall 2024 season or January 31, 2025 for the Spring 2025 season. The mailing and email address are listed at the bottom of the refund form. There are no refunds for the AYSO ALL-STARS 2025, Winter 2025 and Summer 2025 soccer season. The refund form must be signed, dated and filled out in its entirety to obtain the refund. Fall season refunds will be mailed after 9/30/24 and spring season refunds will be mailed after 3/31/25 to players that meet the stated deadlines and in accordance with the amount paid taking into consideration the family maximum and the $30 nonrefundable region fee and nonrefundable $25 National Player Fee. Drop notices to coaches or refund requests received after the stated deadline will not be approved for a refund. This request is subject to review by the Regional Commissioner, Registrar, and Treasurer before being approved.

AYSO Region 111 Refund Policy for MY2023

REFUND POLICY FOR MY2023 YEAR
(Note: MY2023 includes the following season: Fall 2023, Winter 2024, All-Stars 2024, Spring 2024)

PLEASE NOTE: Refund requests must be submitted in writing and be postmarked or received at our PO Box no later than August 1, 2023 for the fall 2023 season or January 31, 2024 for the spring 2024 season. There are no refunds for the AYSO winter 2024 soccer season. Also, with changing requirements and guidance from the CDC, state and/ or local governments, NO REFUNDS will be issued or fees rolled over to future seasons, if play/games are canceled due to the COVID-19 or future pandemics. Refund requests sent via email or fax will not be accepted. The form must be filled out in its entirety to obtain the refund. Fall season refunds will be mailed after 9/30/23 and spring season refunds will be mailed after 3/31/24 to players that meet the stated deadline and in accordance to the amount paid taking into consideration the family maximum and the $30 non-refundable region fee and non-refundable $20 National Player Fee. Drop notices to coaches or refund requests received after the stated deadline will not be approved for a refund.
