Team Parents Welcome to AYSO Region 922 season Fall Soccer!

Thank you for volunteering for the AYSO 922 team!  We are a volunteer-driven organization and your involvement is priceless to our organization and your team.  The first steps to become a Team Parent are:

1.    Register on "Register Now".  Print out one copy of the form and bring it, along your ID, and bring to a Registration Event.  OR email or Volunteer Coordinator at [email protected] to schedule an ID check.

2.    Undergo Safe Haven training at aysotraining.org.

Team Parent responsibilities:

·         Contact the Coach and introduce yourself.

·         Ask the Coach for the team roster, contact the parents of players and introduce yourself.

·         Create a banner.  You can make it, buy it, or delegate it!

·         Ensure that the banner is set up before every team match.

·         Organize snack schedule for the season and share it with all the parents

·         Attend the team matches and make all the parents feel welcome.

·         Coordinate Picture Day with parents and Team Parent Coordinator.

·         Attend Picture Day with your team – bring a comb, spray bottle, and wet wipes.

·         Assist the Team Coach as needed.

How do I become a team parent?

Yes, we need you!!  It’s easy.  Please go to "Register Now" and click "I am new to AYSO and want to volunteer".  Since we are all volunteers, we are not AYSO without you.  There are many ways to volunteer, Team Parent, Referee, Coach, Assistant Coach, Board Member, etc.  We looking forward to having you join us!!
