Player Registration – Regional Registration Fee Refund Policy
The Regional registration fee for each player participant shall be fixed annually by the regional board.
There are NO FULL REFUNDS. If you register a player and then decide for any reason that the player will not play in our region, please notify us as soon as possible by filling out the Player Drop/ Refund Form.
Partial refunds will be issued according to the following rules and deadlines: Any player who withdraws from the program shall be entitled to a full refund of Regional registration fee less $15.00 processing fee, and AYSO Membership fee, and any fees associated with Sports Connect.
Refunds Deadlines and Policy (there are no full refunds):
The Regional registration fee does not include the $20 AYSO National Fee which is non-refundable and non-transferable
- Before July 15th: player is entitled to a full refund of the registration fee paid, less $15.00 processing fee, less $20.00 AYSO National Fee and any Sports Connect fees incurred
- Between July 15th and July 31st: player is entitled to 50% of the amount paid, less $15.00 processing fee, less $20.00 AYSO National Fee and any Sports Connect fees incurred
- August 1st & after: NO REFUNDS
- Players assigned to a team are NOT eligible to receive refunds, except for any of the following reasons which entitle a player to 50% of the amount paid:
1) Valid medical excuse – Proof of doctor's note explaining the situation is required
2) Moved out of the AYSO AREA 1C (West San Gabriel Valley) area – Proof of new address is required
