Recommended 10U-14U players from the Fall season in the core program are invited to play as All-Stars in competition against other AYSO regions' All-Stars teams. Players may be recommended by their coach, a division coordinator, or other region volunteers who may have observed player during the fall core season. Recommendations are based on player performance, playing abilities, and other strengths. Although recommended players are a priority in the review process, there is no guarantee that they will be selected for team. 

All-Star teams are formed in October & November and play December to February. There is an additional cost for the player to participate in the program. All-Star teams may also participate in our annual winter tournament hosted by Tustin AYSO in mid-December. 

All-Star champions are invited to play in the Section 11 Tournament in mid-February.  Section 11 Champions advance to play in the Western State Championships in mid-March.

How to play on an All-Star team: There are no try-outs.  Play well in your regular season games! Players are recommended. In addition,  selected All-Star coaches will observe regular fall season games to recommend players for an All-Star team. Player selection is then reviewed by the Player Review Panel for approval. Player Invitation to selected players will be sent by via email in early November.
