As a region we are required to fill 7 mandatory positions. The Board also includes additional members which include VIP Coordinator, Division Coordinators, Fundraising Lead etc
AYSO Region 665 Board and Board Staff volunteer positions are described below. Reach out to a current board member for additional information about volunteering for one of the open positions. Board and Staff positions require additional training and commitment to attend monthly board meetings, as necessary.

Coordinates or takes lead with fall and spring season tasks and timelines. Collaborates with area and section and makes sure that updates in AYSO are relayed as well as implemented with in the region. Collaborates with neighboring AYSO regions with inter regional play and volunteer training. Note: Very Important that this individual focuses on administration duties only and not take duties such as coaching and refereeing. |

This would include scheduling registration dates, informing the public/league, securing registration location/materials, staffing the registrations. Volunteer Coordinator

| Recruit volunteers, serve as a communication specialist for volunteer network, participate planning volunteer recognitions and parties, follow up on volunteer interest, work with CVPA to ensure volunteer requirements are met. |
Uniform Coordinator

| Responsible for inventory and organizing uniforms for each division and handing them out to coaches and or team managers. Addressing any issues in regards to uniform and setting timelines for these. |
