Field Painting Schedule
All teams playing at Kimberly Fields and Shenandoah Park provide volunteer assistance in setting up the fields and (re)painting the lines. Every team has a day for field set up throughout the season.
Paint, paint carts, nets and flags are all housed at the Kimberly soccer locker. Volunteers may pick up paint and paint carts between 4:30 and 7 PM on Fridays. All fields must be painted Friday evenings - no, early Saturday morning does not work. If you check out a paint cart to paint Community Park II and Shenandoah, please return the cart and unused paint by 6:30 PM.

Practice Schedule
AYSO has reserved Kimberley Fields, Shenandoah Park and ACMS for team practices. All sod fields are reserved Monday through Friday, from 4 PM to 8 PM for AYSO team use. Team Coaches are to schedule fields for practices with their Coach Administration contact. Each reservation entitles the team to 1/2 of a soccer field. Ideally there will be two teams practicing at the same hour, allowing coaches to engage in friendly scrimmages during practice.

AYSO has an Opening Day Parade on the first game day, September 9th. We will need all players in that days play uniform on Knightsbridge and Elliott around 7:15 in the morning. The Parade will be in age order so the Tiny Kickers and U6 teams will line up at the beginning and the U16 teams will be towards the back. We have over 50 teams this season so please arrive early so you can find your players coach and team and be ready to walk in the parade.
The city will be blocking traffic on Elliott and Kimberley so plan to park accordingly. From the Senior Center, the teams will carry their banner down Elliott, turn right onto Kimberley Drive, then right again onto Kimberley Soccer Fields. There will be an opening prayer, short speech made by the AYSO event coordinators and public officials, the opening kickoffs and then games.

Picture Day is an event all AYSO players and parents look forward to. AYSO has reserved Sports Image Photography for your Picture day needs. Sports Image Photography offers many different photo packages for your children. They range from reasonable single shot photos and team photo, to plaques and posters.
