REMINDER:  Teams that have the first game slot of the day are required to help set-up their field (install nets on goals, put corner flags up, put trash can liner in trash cans, etc.).  Likewise teams that have the last game slot of the day are required to help break down their field (take nets off goals, take down corner flags, remove trash can liner from trash can, pick up trash from their field).

Concession Stand (SELF-SCHEDULING):
1 Volunteer per team will be needed for a 2 hour shift.
May be a youth 12 years of older accompanied by an adult per team per shift (total 3 volunteer hours).

No Shift Splitting is Allowed.
No points will be given to a team if volunteer works for 1 hour.

The last shift of the day will be a tear down and clean up shift.  The volunteers for this shift should come prepared to get dirty.  The floor gets wet, please wear sneakers for your shift.

Any person with long hair, please tie it back prior to your shift.  We serve food and need to be in compliance with the Food Safety Regulations.
               
            Concession Self-Scheduling

SET-UP:

MEET AT THE AYSO CONCESSION STAND AT 6:30 A.M. 
The teams scheduled for SETUP must provide 2 (TWO) adult volunteers (over 18 years of age) to distribute nets, corner flags, goals and trash cans with plastic liners.  Also, the CONCESSION tents and equipment get set up.
Fields must be ready for play BEFORE game time.  

TRASH:

MEET AT THE AYSO CONCESSION STAND AT 2:00PM.
The teams scheduled for TAKE DOWN must provide 2 (TWO) adult volunteers (over 18 years of age) for the pick up of any full trash cans and replace bags.
Your effort allows those volunteers who have been at the fields all day to go home before dark.

TAKE-DOWN:

MEET AT THE AYSO CONCESSION STAND AT 4:30PM.
The teams scheduled for TAKE DOWN must provide 2 (TWO) adult volunteers (over 18 years of age) for the pick up of any field equipment (and full trash bags, goals, remaining trash and trash cans).Also, the Concession tents taken down.
Your effort allows those volunteers who have been at the fields all day to go home before dark.
