The following is required from ALL participants as AYSO have switched to a new registration backend: a photo AND proof of birth such as from a birth certificate/passport.
Birth info can be shared interactively if you do not wish to upload to the website, please take a photo of your preferred contact information (SMS/Facetime etc) so we can reach out to verify.
