2017-2018 Rec Indoor Soccer Registration

for Grades 3/4 and 7/8
All Teams are Co-Ed
**We currently do not have enough interest for a 5/6 team, if your child is in 5th or 6th grade and is interested in playing, please email Joe Simeone at [email protected]**
Practices are on Tuesday or Wednesday nights beginning the week of November 27. Games are on Sundays beginning January 10. The season runs through mid-March.
REGISTER BEFORE DECEMBER 11
If your child did not register for the Fall 2017 Rec Season the registration fee is $130 and includes an annual mandatory AYSO membership fee of $17.50. Please follow the directions below:
1) Go to http://ayso.bluesombrero.com/region790
2) Click on Register Now in the upper right hand corner.
3) Fill in your information to create a new account as a parent or guardian (you will only need to do this one time).
4) Follow the prompts and fill in the information to add your child as a participant (you will only need to do this one time).
5) Once they are added under your account, select the available registration program next to their name, fill in all information with an asterisk (you will repeat this process at the beginning of every new season).
6) Be sure to electronically sign the insurance waiver before checking out.
7) Pay by credit card.
If your child did register for the Fall 2017 Rec Season the registration fee is $112.50. Please follow the directions below:
1) Go to http://ayso.bluesombrero.com/region790
2) Click on Login in the upper right hand corner.
3) Sign in with your user name and password
4) In the upper right hand corner click on the silhouette icon and choose Account
5) You should see your child or children as participants in the middle of the screen
6) Select the program that matches your child’s current grade
7) Follow the prompts
8) Be sure to electronically sign the insurance waiver before checking out.
9) Pay by credit card.
