Parents:
Arrive 15 minutes early for the Coach to prepare the team and order.
Inform the Coach if your player cannot make it.
Players' Order forms will be available on the tables.
Pictures may be purchased by cash, check or credit card.
Cash and check must be given to the Coach with the player's order form.
Credit cards must be swiped/processed at the Cashier's table. Once the order sheet is marked "paid" the form can be given to the Coach.
No need to write credit card numbers on the form.
Prep the player (tuck shirt, clean face, tuck laces, fix socks, etc)
For Safety and Courtesy reasons PLEASE:
Keep family members behind the roped off area and brick wall.
Avoid speaking to your child when they are being posed.
Avoid walking on the trail before and after photos.
Keep children away from the water's edge.
Keep children from standing on the brick walls.
NO photos taken from personal cameras during photo shoot.
Coaches
Arrive 15 minutes early to prepare team and order form.
Collect order forms, cash and checks.
Credit card orders must be stamped PAID by the Cashier.
Line the players up for individual photos in the order they are listed on the team form.
If the player is not present or will not be ordering, do not write their name on the form.
Final Prep the players (tuck shirts, hide strings, clean faces, fix socks (cover shin guards), etc)
Give Completed Order form to Photographer for her to record.
Once photos are completed, please exit the area for the next team.
Turn in the completed packet and money to the cashier.
