The money for the national sponsorships at the bottom of the page doesn't go to the local regions.

Once the "corporate office" starts ignoring the needs of the actual customers (i.e. the regions and players), the viability of the program isn't good. Forcing an untested and barely operable web interface on volunteer webmasters shows an extreme lack of respect for their time and willingness to volunteer for the program.
