U16 or U19 may have roster up to 18.

As a coach, you are responsible for the following items: Emailed roster to Jason Kakimoto [email protected] and Paul Kirby [email protected] , Registrar: Denise English [email protected], Treasurer: Melissa Deligleze [email protected] Due by Friday February 3rd, 2017. Uniform information will also be collected (See Below). Please also submit the names of your 3 referee's as well to Referee Administrator Loren Maddy [email protected].
● Pick out Team Uniform at: https://www.soccerone.com/uniform_kits-c-55.html ● Submit uniform style, color, sizes and the # the player wants to wear. Numbers 00, 2 - 99 are available during the Spring season. Please select Uniforms that are $16.00 or less. Please note that our price is the VIP price. For example, your form should read - Memphis Kit - Royal Blue - AS - #2,4,7,9 AM - #11,15, 20 AL - #25, 20, 35. Don't forget to include short sizes and bring the orders to the Coach Meeting.
● Existing All-Star teams and EXTRA teams will use the same uniforms that they have used all year. If new players have joined the team for the Spring, please submit the size and # that the player would like. EXTRA team uniforms may be subject to an additional fee. EXTRA uniforms orders should be sent to: Jason Kakimoto [email protected]
ALL Spring Recreation and Select teams MUST referee games for other region 55 teams at home. Any team not supporting our program with referees during the season will be removed from the schedule and you will seriously jeopardize your ability to coach in the upcoming Fall season. We will be tracking referee participation throughout the Spring Season.
Your referee's must be certified with appropriate training. Your assistant coaches must also have age appropriate training. The Area K Training Academy held at Fountain Valley High School on February 24, February 25 and February 26 for anyone who might need referee or coach training. Please take a photo of each individual player on your team as well as coach and assistant coach and email those photos to our registrar, Denise English, at [email protected]. Please do this as soon as possible as Denise needs to make up the ID cards for your teams. ID cards are mandatory for the Spring season. EXTRA teams and All Star teams will not need new ID Cards unless you added a new player then they will need one.
