Registration Information - Fall 2024
ATTENTION - Registration OPENS on April 16, 2024
We are less than one week away from registering for Fall Season 2024. Listed below are the steps you need to register for this season and information for what you need to do to complete this process.
AYSO National has partnered with Sports Connect to provide an online registration system that allows parents to register players by mobile devices. It is quick and easy and there is no need to print forms anymore. Please review the steps below for further instruction.

Note: the following Age Divisions are Closed and/or a Wait List has been started, as of 04-16-24:
All Divisions are Open, except 19UB & 19UG
19UB (Birth Year 2006, 2007 & 2008) - Wait List only
19UG (Birth Year 2006, 2007 & 2008) - Wait List only
Here is what you need to know to complete the registration process:
Step 1 - Complete the online registration application for the Fall Core season - Click on the Register Now button to begin
Step 2 - Make your payment online
Step 3 - Upload the player's Birth Certificate or Passport to verify proof of age (note: after the Registrar verifies the Birth Date, then the birth certificate is automatically deleted from the online system).
If you are a returning player, then your Birth Date has been verified in a prior year and you will not need to upload a birth certificate. However, in some cases the Birth Date Verification may not be reflected in your account, and the Registrar will contact you to provide a birth certificate or passport.

Step 4 - If you are uncomfortable uploading your player's Birth Certificate online, then you can bring an Original Birth Certificate to review (Passport will be accepted) at an in-person event to have your player's Birth Date verified.
** The player will not be placed on a team until the player's birth date has been verified. Forms & Age verification needs to be submitted by
07-31-2024.
Step 4 - If you have difficulty uploading your player's Birth Certificate or you are uncomfortable uploading your player's Birth Certificate online, then you may bring an Original Birth Certificate or Passport to review at an In-Person Event to have your player's Birth Date verified.
** The player will not be placed on a team until the player's birth date has been verified. Forms & Age verification needs to be submitted by
07-31-2024.
Documents required to complete registration:
- Players - bring Original Birth Certificate or Passport to review (no copies accepted or required)
- Volunteers - show Volunteer Registration email and provide Identification
In-Person Events Dates, Times & Location:
- In-person Events are to receive information on our Soccer program, Registration assistance, Player Birth Date Verification and Volunteer Identity Verification

The Player Registration Fees will be shown in your cart at checkout, and will be comprised of the following:
- Division Price
- Family Discount (if applicable)
- Early Bird Discount (if applicable)
- Late Fee (if applicable)
- AYSO Membership Fee
- Service Fee
Early Bird Registration Deadline Date: 6-01-2024 at 11:59 pm
Regular Registration Deadline Date: 7-15-2024 at 11:59 pm
Late Registration begins: 7-16-2024 at 12:00 am
This will only be to fill vacancies on teams already formed & turn in paperwork for open divisions. There is no guarantee, your child may not
play if you wait to the last registration event.
**Forms completed online without providing proof of age, either upload Birth Certificate or show an Original Birth Certificate or Passport at an In-person Event, are not finalized and the player will not be placed on a team until the entire process is completed. Forms & Age verification needs to be submitted by 7-31-2023.
The Fall Season begins in August and ends in late November.
Practices are eligible to begin after August 1st. Your coach will contact you with information about practice days and locations and welcome you to the team.
If you have not received word from a coach by 8-12-2024, please contact your Division Coordinator. You can locate their name on the Board Members page of this website.
Games will be played every Saturday beginning the weekend after Labor Day on 9-07-2024 and the season concludes the weekend before Thanksgiving, 11-23-2024.
We are an all volunteer organization. So we need your help! If you are interested in supporting the region and want to Volunteer to be a Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Parent, Referee, Field Crew or Board Member, then please complete the volunteer form and bring your ID for verification to any registration event.
We are going to have a great soccer season this year!
